Senator Bill Weber Partners with Kupas Ezra for Successful Third Annual Winter Coat Drive

Senator Bill Weber’s office has successfully concluded its third annual Winter Coat Drive, showcasing the Senator’s ongoing commitment to supporting residents in Rockland County. This year’s initiative saw drop-off boxes placed at the four town halls across the 38th Senate District and local libraries, ensuring community members had easy access to contribute coats, gloves, scarves, and shoes for those in need.

In the weeks leading up to the distribution, Senator Weber and his team worked diligently to deliver these essential winter items to organizations across the district. Most recently, the Senator partnered with Kupas Ezra, a trusted community resource in Spring Valley, for a significant donation. During the visit, Senator Weber personally delivered a large collection of coats to benefit local families, joined by Simcha Herbstman, Vice President of Kupas Ezra.

Reflecting on the drive, Senator Weber expressed deep gratitude for the overwhelming community support:

“The outpouring of generosity from the residents of the 38th Senate District has been incredible. Together, we are making a tangible difference for families who need help staying warm this winter.”

Kupas Ezra, which plays a vital role in assisting families year-round, continues to welcome clothing donations beyond the winter season. Community members interested in supporting their mission can contact the organization or visit their location at:
