Rockland County Chief Assistant District Attorney Patrick Frawley has been honored with the esteemed New York State Senate Commendation Award by Senator Bill Weber, recognizing his exceptional service and dedication to public safety.
Chief ADA Frawley, a retired detective from the Town of Orangetown Police Department, has had a distinguished career spanning law enforcement, legal practice, and public safety. Notably, Frawley pursued his law degree while serving full-time in law enforcement, graduating Cum Laude from Pace Law School in White Plains.
Following his retirement from the Orangetown Police Department, Frawley took on the role of Coordinator of Safety and Security at the Clarkstown Central School District, where he spearheaded numerous safety initiatives aimed at protecting students and staff.
Frawley’s extensive credentials include completion of the FBI Criminal Investigators Course, NYPD Homicide Investigators School, and NYPD Sex Crimes/Child Abuse School. In 2003, he expanded his expertise internationally, traveling to Israel to train with the Israeli Police and Global ATS in cutting-edge anti-terrorism methods.
District Attorney Tom Walsh expressed gratitude to Senator Weber for recognizing Frawley’s invaluable contributions. “Chief Frawley’s commitment to keeping the people of Rockland County safe is unparalleled. This recognition is a testament to his years of tireless service and dedication to the community,” Walsh stated.
