Clarkstown Police and other emergency personnel responded to a self-inflicted gunshot incident on West Burda Place earlier today. The victim, whose identity has not been disclosed, was transported to Nyack Hospital in critical condition by Nanuet EMS and Rockland Paramedics.
Authorities have confirmed that an investigation is currently underway to understand the circumstances surrounding the incident. The police have not released any further details at this time.
