This past Shabbos, the Viznitzer Rebbe of Monsey spent Shabbos at the Viznitzer campus in Nyack. During Shacharis, an unfortunate incident occurred when the Rebbe opened the Aron Kodesh, which was designed to hold only one Sefer Torah. Due to a tight fit, two Sifrei Torah had been placed inside, and one of them tragically slipped and fell to the ground.
Witnesses say the Rebbe attempted to prevent the fall, but it happened too quickly.
In response, the Rebbe instructed all those present — including bochurim and chassidim — to have the incident in mind during Sunday’s fast of Shiva Asar B’Tammuz. Additionally, he directed all bochurim to give \$18 to tzedakah and yungerleit to give $36 as a form of kaparah.

Without doubt this is embarrassing to him and he would not want it publicized and therefor constitutes Lashon Harah. Please erase.
On the contrary, when a Sefer Torah falls it is a message to Klal Yisrael. Viznitz/Kaser has received a message. I assume they will take note of it.
Huh? But why does the rest of the readers have to know?
