The Sanz-Klausenburg Kehilla in Monsey is celebrating a major milestone as the leadership of Mosdos Sanz-Klausenburg has officially entered into contract on a new state-of-the-art building that will serve as the permanent home for its growing Bais Chinuch L’Banos. The move comes after years of searching and months of intense effort, and was made possible with the heartfelt bracha of the Rebbe Sanz-Klausenburg Shlita.
The impressive building, located at 86 Highview Road, is a four-story, 40,000-square-foot facility acquired for over $14 million. It will unite all divisions of the girls’ school—including preschool, elementary, and high school—under one roof. The spacious campus features modern classrooms, wide hallways, and a large dining area, providing the space and resources needed to meet the needs of a rapidly expanding student body.
According to zoning allowances, the building may also be expanded with additional floors totaling another 10,000 square feet each. The Mosdos already have plans to take advantage of this potential expansion to accommodate ongoing growth.
The hanhalah also plans to establish beautifully appointed simcha halls on the lower level, which are expected to generate steady income for the Mosdos and support its continued operations. Other infrastructure and educational initiatives are also being planned as part of this development.
This acquisition marks a turning point for the Sanz-Klausenburg Bais Chinuch, bringing an end to years of space limitations and creating an environment that matches the spiritual and academic excellence of the institution.
Over the past five years, Mosdos Sanz-Klausenburg in Monsey has completed a series of major acquisitions and building projects totaling over $40 million. Each of these achievements reflects the kehilla’s unwavering commitment to chinuch and Torah values, all carried out under the leadership and vision of the Sanz-Klausenburg Rebbe Shlita.
