The Rockland County Highway Department has been chosen for the first time to host the American Public Works Association’s (APWA) New York Metropolitan Chapter Annual Equipment & Products Exposition.
The event, set for May 21, 2025, will be held at the department’s new state-of-the-art facility in Chestnut Ridge. Timed to coincide with National Public Works Week, the expo is expected to draw more than 100 vendors and consultants, showcasing the latest advancements in public works equipment and technology.
Officials say the selection of Rockland’s new facility highlights its modern capabilities and commitment to infrastructure development. The event will provide industry professionals with networking opportunities and access to cutting-edge products designed to enhance public works operations.
