Rockland Hatzoloh Northern District has officially opened a new satellite garage, now fully operational and already serving as a vital hub for emergency response in the Northern District.
The new structure provides our Hatzoloh volunteers with a central location to restock equipment more efficiently, ensuring quicker readiness for lifesaving calls.
The climate controlled garage also protects the ambulance housed there from inclement weather, reducing wear and tear and extending the vehicle’s lifespan. “This garage is not just about convenience — it directly strengthens our ability to respond faster and keep our fleet in top condition,” said a Rockland Hatzoloh coordinator.
This opening marks the first step in a broader expansion plan. Rockland Hatzoloh is preparing additional lifesaving capital projects that will enhance response capabilities and expand resources across the county.
There will be a community wide event for the garage following Yom Tov.
