Rockland County, in collaboration with Rockland Green, is preparing for an extensive spring clean-up operation in anticipation of Pesach. Various villages have detailed their waste collection plans and roll-off container availability for residents eager to participate in the clean-up efforts. Here’s what you need to know about the schedule:
Village of Wesley Hills: Residents can make use of roll-off containers located at the Village Hall parking lot from 9 a.m. on Sunday, April 21st, until 4 p.m. on Monday, April 22nd.
Village of New Hempstead: An additional garbage pickup service will be provided throughout the Village of New Hempstead on Sunday, April 21st, facilitating a smoother clean-up process.
Village of Spring Valley: The entire village is scheduled for garbage pickup on Thursday, April 18th, Friday, April 19th, Sunday, April 21st, and Monday, April 22nd, offering multiple opportunities for residents to clear out unwanted items.
Village of Airmont: Garbage collection in Airmont is set for Monday, April 22nd. Additionally, roll-off containers will be available at the Village Hall from Sunday afternoon to Monday afternoon for resident use.
