Rockland DA Tom Walsh Attends Statewide Prosecutors’ Conference in Saratoga Springs

Rockland County District Attorney Tom Walsh and several members of his executive team attended the District Attorneys Association of the State of New York (DAASNY) Annual Summer Conference, held in Saratoga Springs from June 26 to June 28. DA Walsh participated in board meetings and roundtable discussions focused on legal updates and key issues facing prosecutors across the state.

The conference concluded with an installation dinner on Friday evening, where DAASNY officers were sworn in and Prosecutor of the Year awards were presented. Honorees included Jessica Blain-Lewis from the Albany County DA’s Office for Trial Advocacy, William Milaccio from the Westchester County DA’s Office for Appellate Advocacy, and Schenectady County DA Robert Carney for Executive Leadership.

The event served as an important opportunity for collaboration and professional development among prosecutors statewide.
