The Rockland County Department of Health (RCDOH) is encouraging residents to participate in a short, anonymous Community Health Assessment Survey to help improve local health services. The 10 to 15-minute survey will help RCDOH and local partners, including hospitals and organizations, identify and prioritize key health needs across the county.
Participants will be entered into a drawing to win a $50 gift card.
