Rockland County Sheriff Louis Falco and County Executive Ed Day have signed resolutions to receive grant funds for public safety improvements.

The funds, coming from the Dormitory Authority of the State of New York (DASNY) and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, include $75,000 for a new hybrid command vehicle and $67,500 for new engines for a port security vessel operated by the Sheriff’s Office.
