Rockland County Executive Ed Day has approved a $130,000 agreement with Laufer’s Gourmet and the Rockland County Office for the Aging to deliver kosher meals to eligible senior citizens across the county.
This initiative aims to support the dietary and nutritional needs of the county’s aging population while ensuring that those who require kosher meals can access them conveniently.
