Rockland County Holds Annual 9/11 Memorial Ceremony at Haverstraw Bay Park

This morning, Rockland County hosted its annual September 11th Memorial Ceremony at the County’s 9/11 Memorial located in Haverstraw Bay Park. The event brought together family members, first responders, local officials, and residents to pay tribute to the lives lost in the tragic events of September 11, 2001.

Rockland County Executive Ed Day, along with other dignitaries, led the solemn ceremony, emphasizing the importance of remembering the families and lives forever impacted by the attacks. “May we never forget the families and lives forever changed,” Day remarked.
