The Rockland County Highway Facility has been named the recipient of the Rockland Municipal Planning Federation’s newly established Planning Achievement Award.

The award will be formally presented at the Federation’s Annual Dinner Meeting, scheduled for April 30 at Terrace on the Hudson in Haverstraw.
