Rockland County Fire and Emergency Services has welcomed a new addition to its fleet—a Chevrolet 3500—marking a significant enhancement to the capabilities of its Fire Training Center.
The newly acquired vehicle will support instructors in providing advanced, hands-on training for both aspiring and active firefighters throughout the county. Officials say the vehicle will help simulate real-world emergency response scenarios and improve overall training efficiency.
With this upgrade, the department continues its mission of preparing firefighters to respond effectively and safely to the diverse challenges they may encounter in the field.
