In a strong statement, Rockland County District Attorney Tom Walsh condemned the recent violence against former President Donald Trump, emphasizing the need for unity and vigilance in the community.
“Violence against any elected official or anyone is reprehensible and must be condemned by all,” Walsh stated. “We must do better as a society to come together and work on our differences.” He assured the public that the Secret Service has reported former President Trump’s safety and expressed hopes for his speedy recovery from any injuries.
The Rockland County District Attorney’s Office Crime Analysis Center is actively monitoring threats in collaboration with local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies. The center provides real-time analysis, criminal intelligence, and crucial information to ensure streamlined and informed operations within the county.
