Rockland County has allocated $34,950 to enhance its Celebrating Families Program, designed to support family reunification and bonding for participants in Family Treatment Court.

The funding was approved at a signing ceremony with County Executive Ed Day, Social Services Commissioner Joan Silvestri, and Haverstraw Mayor Mike Kohut.
