Rockland County Approves $1.2 Million for Cardiac Catheterization Lab at Good Samaritan Hospital

Rockland County Executive Ed Day, along with Dr. Mary Leahy, CEO of Bon Secours Charity Health System (Good Samaritan Hospital), and Jenna Nazario, ARPA Director, have announced the approval of $1.2 million in American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds for the construction of a new Cardiac Catheterization Lab.

This state-of-the-art facility aims to enhance the hospital’s ability to provide critical care for patients experiencing cardiac symptoms, assess cardiac damage, manage acute cardiac events, and monitor cardiac function.
