Rockland County Announces Transit Schedule Changes for Independence Day Holiday

Rockland County has announced temporary changes to public transportation services for the Independence Day holiday.

On Friday, July 3, the observed holiday, TOR buses and TRIPS paratransit buses will operate on their regular weekday schedules. However, the Haverstraw-Ossining Ferry will not operate.

On Saturday, July 4, TOR buses will run Sunday schedules on Routes 59, 91, 92, 93, and Loop 3. There will be no service on Routes 94, 95, and 97, or on Loops 1 and 2. TRIPS will provide ADA paratransit service only, while regular TRIPS service will not operate. The Haverstraw-Ossining Ferry will operate on its normal Saturday schedule.
