Rockland County has secured a $100,000 grant from the NYS Economic Development Assistance Program for the Haverstraw Bay Park Veterans Gulf War Memorial, announced by County Executive Ed Day and Veterans Service Agency Director Susan Branam.
This initiative aims to honor Gulf War veterans through the construction of a new memorial.
