Rockland Community College Appoints Dr. Stephen D. Covello as New President

Rockland Community College (RCC) has appointed a new president. Dr. Stephen D. Covello has been chosen to lead the college, starting on August 1, 2023. He has an impressive background in higher education and leadership roles.

Dr. Covello has over 30 years of experience in various educational institutions. He has worked as a faculty member, dean, and vice president at several colleges. Prior to his appointment at RCC, he served as the Vice President of Academic Affairs at Dutchess Community College.
