The Rockland County Highway Department announced that West Washington Avenue, between South Highland Avenue and Old Pascack Road in the Town of Orangetown, will be closed this week for paving.
The closure will run from Monday, September 8, through Friday, September 12, between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. each day, weather permitting. Motorists are advised to plan ahead and allow extra travel time.
A detour route will remain in place throughout the closure, as outlined by the Highway Department.
