REMINDER: Clocks Fall Back Tonight as Daylight Saving Time Ends — Gain an Extra Hour of Sleep and Check Your Smoke Detectors

Daylight saving time officially ends at 2:00 a.m. on Sunday, November 2, when clocks “fall back” one hour to 1:00 a.m.

This annual change gives everyone an extra hour of sleep as the days grow shorter. While most smartphones and digital devices will reset automatically, residents are reminded to manually adjust wall clocks, watches, and other non-digital timepieces.

🚨 As you turn your clocks back, it’s also a good time to replace the batteries in your smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. Working alarms save lives — make sure yours are ready as we head into the colder months.
