Ramapo Police Officers Honored As Top DWI Enforcers In Rockland County

The Ramapo Police Department has announced that three of its officers were recognized for their outstanding efforts in combating impaired driving across the region.

Officers John Genito, Erica Ascuasiati, and William Seymour were honored at the Mid-Hudson STOP-DWI Awards Luncheon as 2025 Top DWI Officers for Rockland County. The annual recognition highlights officers who demonstrate exceptional dedication to removing impaired drivers from local roadways.

According to the department, the officers’ proactive enforcement and ongoing commitment to public safety have played a significant role in keeping the community safe. Their work, officials noted, reflects a high level of professionalism and dedication to duty.

The Ramapo Police Department also extended congratulations to all honorees from across Rockland County and the wider Mid-Hudson region who were recognized for their efforts in reducing impaired driving.
