In a continued effort to ensure road safety, the Ramapo Police Department reported a series of arrests on Wednesday and Thursday, including multiple motorists cited for driving with suspended licenses and yet another driver taken into custody for driving while intoxicated.
These latest incidents highlight the persistent dangers posed by impaired and unlicensed drivers on local roads. So far in 2025, Ramapo officers have made 125 DWI-related arrests—an alarming number considering the year is only halfway through.
The department urges all residents to remain vigilant, make responsible decisions, and help keep Ramapo’s roads safe. Officers remain active and committed to protecting all who live and travel within the town.
