Ramapo Police, with the assistance of Chaverim of Rockland, are investigating a series of burglaries targeting multiple homes and one local business in the Monsey and Forshay areas over Shabbos.
Sources tell Monsey Scoop that multiple locations were targeted, with significant amounts of jewelry and cash reported stolen.
The burglaries occurred at several locations throughout the area, and authorities are working to determine whether the incidents are connected.
Residents and business owners are being urged to remain vigilant, make sure doors and windows are properly secured, and immediately report any suspicious individuals, vehicles, or activity.
Anyone with information or surveillance footage that may assist the investigation is asked to contact Ramapo Police at 845-357-2400 and Chaverim of Rockland at 845-371-6333.
Chaverim of Rockland members have also been asked to keep an increased watch throughout the area during the overnight hours.
