Ramapo Police Arrest Two for DWI in Separate Late-Night Traffic Stops

Shortly after 2:00 AM on 3/20/2024, a Ramapo PD patrol officer observed a vehicle driving with no headlights or tail lights on.

The officer conducted a traffic stop of the vehicle. Upon investigation the officer determined that the operator, a 23 year old male from South Spring Valley was driving while intoxicated.

The party was arrested and processed at RPD. He was released with a return date to the Town of Ramapo Court.

Around 3:45 AM on 3/22/2024, a Ramapo PD patrol officer observed a vehicle commit several vehicle and traffic violations.

The officer conducted a traffic stop of the vehicle. Upon investigation, the officer determined that the operator, a 37 year old male from New City was driving while intoxicated.

The male was arrested and processed at RPD. He was released with a return date to Town or Ramapo Court.
