Ramapo Police And Chaverim Of Rockland Respond To Loose Dog Safely Captured and Sheltered

On Monday evening, a joint effort by Chaverim of Rockland volunteers and the Ramapo Police Department led to the successful capture of a loose dog in the area of Route 59. Initially reported in the vicinity of Decatur Avenue and Stephens Place, the search relocated following numerous calls about the dog’s whereabouts. The capture took place at the O&R Facilities on Yatto Lane.

The Ramapo Police subsequently transported the dog to the Hi Tor Animal Shelter, ensuring its safety and well-being.
