Ramapo Police and Chaverim of Rockland Investigate Forced Entry Burglary in Montebello

On Thursday evening, at approximately 9 p.m., Ramapo Police, along with Chaverim of Rockland, began investigating a forced entry burglary at a residence on Highgate Court in Montebello.

Sources tell Monsey Scoop that a group of youngsters arrived in a vehicle and forcefully opened the front door of the home. After entering the residence, the suspects fled in the same vehicle. The only item reported stolen was an expensive projector.

In the aftermath of the break-in, Chaverim of Rockland temporarily boarded up the door, which had shattered glass, to ensure the family could sleep peacefully.

Authorities urge anyone with information to contact the Ramapo Police Detective Squad at 845-357-2400 and Chaverim of Rockland at 845-371-6333.
