President Trump Sends Letter to Skverer Rebbe for Great-Granddaughter’s Wedding; Rebbe Sends Bracha in Return

President Trump, sent a personal congratulatory letter to the Skverer Rebbe, in honor of the wedding of his great-granddaughter, held Wednesday night in New Square.

The letter, delivered by New Square Mayor Izzy Spitzer and Israel Heritage Foundation Executive Director Rabbi Duvid Katz, was personally read by the Rebbe during the celebration, creating a memorable moment for thousands of guests who witnessed it.

In the message, President Trump extended mazel tov wishes to the Rebbe and to the chossen and kallah, along with blessings for a lifetime of joy and happiness. The President also wrote: “Your unwavering support and encouragement mean a great deal to us and have been a tremendous part of our incredible movement. You represent the very best of our Nation. Together, we will usher in the Golden Age of America!”

The Rebbe expressed deep appreciation and honor for the letter and sent a meaningful bracha back to President Trump, which was conveyed in an email sent by Mayor Spitzer on Thursday.
