A three-vehicle accident occurred Tuesday at approximately 11:05AM at the intersection of Route 45 and Medical Park Drive, leading to an emergency response.
Spring Hill EMS, the Hillcrest Fire Department, and the Ramapo Police Department are on the scene, attending to those involved. Injuries have been reported.
