POMONA: Firetruck Collision Shuts Down Camp Hill Road

An accident involving a firetruck occurred on Tuesday afternoon on Camp Hill Road near Route 202. Sources told Monsey Scoop that the driver of the vehicle may have suffered a medical emergency, leading to a collision with the firetruck.

Emergency personnel, including Spring Hill EMS, the Hillcrest Fire Department, Ramapo Police, and Chaverim of Rockland, were on the scene. Injuries have been reported.

As authorities continue their investigation, Camp Hill Road remained closed between Quaker Road and Route 202. However, the road has been reopened at 3:15PM.
