Construction continues to make steady progress on the Route 59 Bridge replacement project over South Pascack Road in Spring Valley. The major NYSDOT project, which has closed the bridge to all vehicle and pedestrian traffic through approximately Labor Day, is moving ahead as crews work to modernize the structure, increase its load capacity, and improve travel lanes and sidewalks. Motorists should continue using the posted detours and expect delays in the surrounding area.
