Yesterday, Ramapo Police Dispatcher Evan Humphrey was awarded the EMS Communications Specialist of Excellence Award by the New York State Volunteer Ambulance and Rescue Association – Pulse Check.

The Ramapo Police Department congratulates Humphrey and all others recognized at the event for their exceptional service in emergency medical communications.
