Monsey Scoop regrets to inform you of the petirah of Mrs. Ettel Neiman, of Monsey’s Vizhnitzer kehilla. Mrs. Neiman a”h battled serious illness for approximately a year before succumbing to the terrible illness on Wednesday morning at the age of 59.
Mrs. Neiman a”h was the wife of R’ Yisroel Neiman yb”l, a popular mohel in Monsey and the son of the Vizhnitzer dayan. She was also the daughter of Reb Yeshaya Greenfeld, a Belzer chossid from London, and served as a mechaneches at the Viznitzer girls’ school, where she was deeply admired by students and peers alike.
She is survived by her husband and children, including several who are not yet married.
The levaya will take place this morning at 10:15 at the Viznitzer Beis Medrash on Phyllis Terrace.
