Emergency personnel were at the scene of a multi-vehicle MVA that occurred on the northbound Palisades Parkway between Exits 13 and 14. One patient was trapped inside a vehicle and was extricated by firefighters. Hatzoloh EMS, Haverstraw EMS, Rockland Paramedics, NYS Police, and Theills Fire Department were on the scene. Injuries were reported.
