- Town of Orangetown: No parking on public highways between 2 a.m. and 6 a.m., November 15 to April 15.

Hi. On the town of ramapo website,and also on the ramapo p.d. Facebook page it says no parking overnight from November 1- April 1 from 12 am- 6 am. It doesn’t mention anything about snow being forecasted or not. I just wanted to know your source, if I can actually rely on it.
Hi. The article is correct. The Town amended the law in 2023 to allow parking where its normally permitted unless snow is forecast or accumulating. Airmont seems to think the rules about snow being forecasted applies to them as well,. It does not as far as I see.
