Orangetown Police Investigating Residential Burglaries in Pearl River and Orangeburg

The Orangetown Police Department is actively investigating two residential burglaries that occurred on December 13th in Pearl River and Orangeburg.

The first incident took place at approximately 4:13 a.m. at a residence on Pinto Road in Pearl River. According to police reports, the suspects gained entry through a lower-level window. However, they fled the scene without taking any items.

Shortly thereafter, a second burglary was reported at a residence on Howard Avenue in Orangeburg. In this case, the suspects entered the home through a kitchen window. The stolen items included key fobs to the family’s vehicles.

Authorities believe the two incidents are related. The suspects in both cases were described as wearing dark-colored hooded sweatshirts and ski masks.
