On Wednesday morning, Spring Hill EMS and New York State Police responded to a rollover crash on the Thruway after a vehicle struck a DOT message board.
Emergency personnel arrived to find the vehicle overturned. The driver had already self-extricated by breaking through the windshield. They sustained minor injuries and were transported to a local hospital in stable condition by Spring Hill EMS.
