NYACK: Second-Alarm House Fire Brought Under Control on West Broadway

A second-alarm structure fire broke out Thursday at 1:30 PM at 24 West Broadway in Nyack, prompting a large multi-agency emergency response.

Firefighters from several departments arrived to find a significant fire and quickly began suppression efforts, with mutual aid units assisting at the scene. Crews worked aggressively to contain the flames and prevent further spread.  The fire was brought under control at approximately 2:15PM and no injuries were reported, according to officials on scene.

  1. So sad to see this. Lived next door from 1999 to 2013. The Caglione family lived there but sold after Steve’s passing a few years ago. Great neighbor. Very sad to see.
