A Bochur was involved in a serious accident this morning, just before 7 a.m., while riding his bike near Decatur Avenue and Stephens Place.
Rockland Hatzoloh arrived on the scene within seconds of receiving the call.
The impact caused the Bochur to be thrown onto the windshield of the car, resulting in his helmet cracking and his bike splitting in two. Bechasdei Hashem, the helmet saved his life. He was quickly transported to Westchester Medical Center by Rockland Hatzoloh Paramedics in stable condition, having sustained only a femur injury.
