Rockland County drivers should prepare for overnight closures of Route 9W in both directions between Short Clove Road and State Route 304 in the Town of Clarkstown. The closures will take place nightly from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m. starting Monday, September 23, and continuing through Friday, October 4. The New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT) announced the closures to accommodate scheduled construction work, pending favorable weather conditions.
