On Sunday at noon, a formal swearing-in ceremony was held at the Clarkstown Town Hall Auditorium to inaugurate Senator Bill Weber as the New York State Senator for the 38th District. The program was led by Police Chaplain David Lothrop, who served as the Master of Ceremonies.
