New Square Update: Heavy Rain Blamed for Partial Roof Collapse at Skvere Beis Hamedrish

As first reported by Monsey Scoop, B’chasdei Hashem no one was injured after a partial section of the roof above the Minyanim Shtiblach at the Skvere Beis Hamedrish collapsed. New Square Hatzoloh and other emergency personnel responded to the scene. Sources tell Monsey Scoop that the collapse was caused by water that accumulated from the extensive rainfall over the past several weeks, and that there are no underlying structural concerns with the building.
