A vigilant New Square Ershte Hilf member spotted a suspicious man earlier today and quickly alerted Ramapo Police. Officers responded and discovered the suspect in possession of a bicycle reported stolen that morning.
A further check revealed an open warrant out of Spring Valley, leading to his immediate arrest.
