New Property Acquisition Fuels Anticipation Among Satmar Chasidim in Monsey

The Satmar community in Monsey is abuzz with anticipation following the recent announcement that the Kehilla has secured a contract for a new property on Crestview Terrace and Route 306. This acquisition marks a significant step forward in the Kehilla’s plans to establish a new shul on the site.

The initiative is being spearheaded by the Satmar Rebbe Of Williamsburg HaRav Zalmen Leib Teitelbaum Shlita and the Satmar Rav of Monsey HaRav Chaim Shia Halberstam Shlita, who currently leads the Satmar Kehilla 1 Monsey Blvd. This development has sparked excitement among local community members, who are eagerly looking forward to the next stages of the project.
