NEW CITY: Fatal Crash on Route 304 Leaves One Dead, Another Two Seriously Injured

An MVA occurred on Route 304 near Congers Road in New City Monday evening, around 9:15 PM.

Emergency personnel, including New City EMS, Congers EMS, Nanuet EMS, Rockland Paramedics, New City Fire Department, and Clarkstown Police, swiftly responded to the scene.

Sources tell Monsey Scoop that two individuals were transported to Westchester Medical Center in serious condition, while another victim tragically succumbed to their injuries on the scene.

Initial reports indicate that the vehicle may have veered into oncoming traffic, resulting in a head-on collision.

At this time, a name for Tehilim or Chevra Kadisha services aren’t needed.

Route 304 is currently blocked in both directions as authorities investigate the incident.
