New Square experienced a Neis Chanuka when three cherry pickers holding a large sign for the grand Hachnoses Sefer Torah toppled onto two parked cars due to high winds. The incident occurred at approximately 4:45 PM, as hundreds of Skvere residents were heading to Mincha/Maariv on the eve of the 8th night of Chanukah.
Bechasdei Hashem, no injuries were reported in the incident, which occurred as preparations for the highly anticipated event are underway. Emergency personnel quickly arrived on the scene to ensure safety and assess the damage.
