Around 1:40 PM yesterday, the Spring Hill Ambulance and Hillcrest FD were dispatched to the Palisades Interstate Parkway near Exit 11 southbound due to a motor vehicle accident.
The vehicle was on fire, but the operator had already managed to get out of the vehicle and had minor injuries.
The injured individual was taken to Nyack Hospital by EMS.
