Munkatch Cheder Nursery Visits Ramapo Police Station for “Color Blue” Learning Experience {PHOTOS & VIDEO}

As part of their weekly color-learning program, the children at Munkatch Cheder Nursery focused on the color blue this week — marked by a special visit to the Ramapo Police Station.

On Wednesday, Community Policing Officer Julianne Franklin welcomed the children and gave them a tour of the station. The youngsters learned about police work, general safety, pedestrian safety, bicycle safety, and bus safety — all in a fun and engaging way.

The visit was both educational and exciting, helping the children connect their color-of-the-week lesson to the community’s men and women in blue.
